Utkatasana also known as the Chair Pose : To begin with, stand straight with your hands in the namaskara mudra. Raise your hands above your head and slowly bend your knees so that your thighs are parallel to the floor. It will appear as though you are trying to sit on a chair. You should now bend your torso forward and breathe slowly. You should stay in this position as long as you are comfortable and then gently go back to the original position. It is good for your thighs and core muscles and tones your body. You should avoid this pose if you have a back or knee injury. Kumbhakasana also known as the Plank Pose : To begin with, lie on your tummy and place your palms next to your face. Raise yourself by pushing your hands.
