Dosa can be of different types based on the different raw materials and on the inside stuffing they put in. Like Masala Dosa has spicy mashed potato as stuffing while Rava Dosa is has Rava or Sooji as raw material instead of rice. 2.   Uttapam: This is almost same as Dosa and it has the same raw materials and prepared by same battering and fermentation process. The preparation process is almost same, but instead of preparing crispy crepe like Dosa, the raw materials are used to prepare thick pancake and instead of stuffing in Dosa, toppings of tomato, onion, green chili, capsicum, and cabbage mix, etc., are made. It looks like a pizza and sometime it is called as Indian pizza. It is eaten with similar add-ons as mentioned in Dosa. 3.   Idli: Idli is made from the same raw materials. After some time, the dish will be prepared. 4.   Whole Wheat Pita Bread: First needs to prepare the dough with the help of flour, oil, and water. After mixing them, prepare pita. Then heat the dough for almost 90 minutes. Now bake it in the oven to make pita bread. Puff up the bread in a frying pan.
